Keeping your rates up to date is crucial from a business perspective, and here’s an easy step-by-step account of how to make your changes.

Updating your rates

1. Log into your SafariNow account, and click the Establishment tab on the menu bar. 


1.1. Then click 'Seasons & Rates' on the left-hand menu.






2. Insert your base rates (applicable from 1 January to 31 December of the current year). 

If you charge a unit rate please select "I charge a fixed rate". A fixed rate means that the rate does not depend on the number of people and is set for that unit.


If your price is a per person sharing rate please select "My price varies dependent on the number of guest". 



Please enter the rate as the total for the indicated number of  guests per night.

Once you have entered your rates, click Save Rate at the bottom of the page.

Updating your seasons

1. Adding a season: on your Seasons & Rates page, click Add a Rate under your Base Season block.

Insert the information and click Save Rate.
Please note the season rate overrides the base rates for the dates selected in the season.




2. Deleting a season: on your Seasons & Rates page, click Delete this rate under the relevant season block.



** Please note: you cannot delete the base season.

Updating your Weekend rates

1. If the weekend rate is applicable throughout the year, add it to your base rates. For a weekend rate applicable only for a season, add it just for that season. 

2. In the ‘Do you charge different rates on weekends? box, click Yes.  Please note weekend rates are only applicable  for Friday and Saturday.



3. Once you've made the required changes, click Save Rate  at the bottom of the page.


Updating your minimum stay

1. If the minimum stay applicable throughout the year, add it onto your base rates. For a minimum stay applicable for a certain season, add it just for that season. You can also specify whether the minimum stay is only applicable to Weekend rate days.

2.  In the ‘Is there a minimum stay?’  Select your minimum stay from the drop-down menu.



3. Once you've made the required changes, click Save Rate at the bottom of the page.

Please note: If you are linked to Nightsbridge, there will be no Seasons and Rates tab in your Establishment Zone. We pull the rates, availability and all room information directly from Nightsbridge. Should you need to make any changes to this information, please do so on Nightsbridge and it will automatically update on our side.
